**There is a $300.00 minimum in order to work with Emilio Saylor. The starting rate for any tattoo is $200 per hour.**

**After this form and payment are submitted, communication with Emilio Saylor about your tattoo and consultation will be conducted over text messages and or phone calls. 

 

**Please note: Due to overwhelming demand, Emilio is unable to respond to all requests at this time. Emilio will only respond to requests that fit his artistic style which is strictly black work. If your request is selected, you will receive a response typically within 1 week for scheduling of the in person consultation and subsequent tattoo session. If you do not receive a response, then your request was not selected, and Emilio will refund the initial $50.00 payment within the same 1 week timeline above. Emilio sincerely appreciates your interest.
